Tank drilling and plumbing

Hi all,

I'm looking to have my new sump drilled; its an all glass 29 gal that I need 2 in bulkheads installed in. SF quoted me $30ea hole, including the bulkhead. Does anyone drill their own that could offer me advice or assistance?

Speaking of bulkheads, where would you buy them from? Marine Depot has them, but I'm not sure of where to get the best price. Any local source would, of course, be great. I need to get a few unions and ball valves as well.

I have plenty of bulkheads, 1" thread x thread and 1 1/2" slip X thread. How many you need? I have 15 of each in stock.
