September meeting information!!

Everyone is wondering when and where the September meeting will be. Well it is at my place. This informational thread is in suppliment to the monthly TCMAS meeting information that will have directions to my place. The meeting will officially start at 5:00pm on Saturday September 24th in Eastern Minnesota just off of interstate 94 stillwater exit. Earlier in the afternoon tentatively planned is a tank drilling party. Anyone that is willing to bring their tank(s) to my place will get their tank drilled. You will have to provide or previously make plans with me or someone else to obtain a glass drill bit. WE ARE NOT DREMELING THE HOLES! We will be using a drill guide, any questions on what kind of drill bit to get you can PM me. Persons interested must provide plumbers putty and antifreeze (or if you just want to use water that is ok with me, but not endorsed by me) If you are planning on coming to the drilling portion of the meeting you MUST RSVP on the other thread titled "tank drilling next meeting" started by coldwaterreefer so that I know if we have enough people planning to attend to make it worth it.
This meeting is going to be conducted a little differently, with more of a party/shindig/hootenanny type of atmosphere. There will be a bonfire, possibly a keg (of course you must be of legal drinking age in order to partake) I will have to see if I can swing it financially to get one. There will be grilling of burgers and hot dogs, so come hungry!
Don't worry there will definitely be a formal part of the meeting as usual. The Two-twin (220 gallon) will be newly set up, hopefully with any major kinks worked out, so you can all tell me what you think and throw out suggestions on how to make it better.
I will be adding to this post any other information about the meeting, but since I am placing this on the public part of the forum I will not be devulging the exact meeting location, that is what the meeting information email is for.

The tank will be definitely ready for anything (LPS preferred) has been set up for about 1.5 years now, but only now being really refined. Thank you smeese, I don't believe we have previously talked much/at all and look forward to gabbing with you at the meeting. There'll be a "tip jar" for anyone that wants to throw in on the food (please do not feel obligate though) We're already stocking up on food, hopefully we will have a huge turn out for this meeting, and we're praying for great weather so that we can be outside for most of the meeting (when we aren't looking at the two-twin of course) The meeting can go as late as you guys want it to, it'll be a blast.
