Running this pump as external?

I have a new OR3500 and a Mag9.5
I would like to run one as an external for a return on my 125.
Is one better than the other?
should i just run this type of pumps in-sump?
I will need to T the return to feed my two over flows.

Mags run a little hotter IMO so I would put that as the External

Make sure that you test the Mag for leaks. I have never used one, but when I mentioned using one exernal I was warned about them leaking frequently.
