Talkingreef podcast has a couple of podcasts talking about culturing phyto and rotifers....I think he even talks about where to get them. I plan on doing it myself in the future.

Here you go get the second kit down with the book and the sive. You will have to run at least 12 one liter phyto stations to run six one liter roti stations. I think thats what I ran anyway because it take 10 day to grow phyto and the roti's eat a half liter every other day. If your married your wife will think you mad in no time. Have fun

Go to wet world in Eagan. They have a ton of cultured stuff they are selling....the company that makes these products is very helpful and informative. There is a pamphlet they had with info on the products.
