how easy is it to make reflectors or does some have them for cheap i'm thinking of buyin two dual ballasts one 65watt and one 96watt for 85 shipped. who has the cheapest bulbs square pin? also if get these i hope to put around my 130pc fixture so i would have 456 watts of pc on the 55g so what could i grow? or keep in there. i can setup for duskand dawn effect !!

Making "good" reflectors is not easy. Take a look at this link for the ballasts.

Another route would be to go VHO and you would not need reflectors if you bought URI bulbs.

Reflectors are a one time expense that can maximize your light output. I would get the best available parabolic to minimize restrike if available. However, I don't really know what is available for PC style bulbs.
