As for red slime, need to get the water quality up to solve that one or if it is very small amounts may just go away on it's own as the tank get more mature over time..There really isn't any critters that take care of that stuff.....
If the hair algae has grown over a bald spot on the coral, very unlikely the coral with grow over that part and also could cause further dieoff around the area to worsen. You can take a dremel tool or the like and scrape that area back down to remove the algae and hope it has enough time to regrow before the algae can take hold again.....if water quality is good and no other real agae issue you have a good chance of recovery....
