Ptereleotris zebra, the Zebra Goby

Anyone have a pair of these guys?

I picked them up about 2 weeks ago and was wondering if anyone else could discuss some of their behavior.

If anyone is interested in really great friendly reef safe fish I highly suggest this fish. Gorgeous! Dozens of different colors on them.

Those look like what I call bar gobies. I have 3 in a 55 gallon tank and they are my favorite fish. I call them the 3 musketeers as they are inseperable. They hide out in the same hole and come popping out of the hole...1...2...3....funny.

Nice coloration to them and good personalitys.

Yeah. They are totally inseparable. It's funny b/c the biggest one is the biggest scaredy cat. Mine are named Brian and Stewie. I've also seen a bunch of different names for them. Bar/Zebra whatever! That's why I included the pic.

Do you ever see them flex and flaring their fins when the actinics first come on in the morning? They look really scary when they flare out all their fins.
