plastic 55 drums
Does anyone know where I can get a couple of plastic 55 gallon drums for water storage? Tired of the 5 gallon bucket method. I have a truck , so pickup is not a problem. Thanks for the help.

Here is a thread we had awhile back. Read the whole thing, there are a few options listed. Good luck.

That reminds me of a funny story!! When my daughter was really young she asked me.."Daddy, What is a flea market?" I said "Thats where people put there garbage up on tables and people come and give them money for it."

I love flea markets, rarley buy anything, just like to look. When we were living down South, there were lots of good flea markets, but I have not found one up here. Anyone know of a good one on the weekends?

I don't know how good it is, but it is pretty big. They have them out in Elko, MN right off of I-35 and County Road 2. (Same exit for the race track) When going south on 35 take county road 2 west about .25 miles and it's on the left right behind the featherlite dealer.

the aforementioned one is straight north of Hudson on 35 till you reach hwy 8 then right (east) on 8 a few miles. Open every weekend.

I was there last weekend, took the kids up to Fawn-Do-Rosa. Didn't see the Flea market tho, must have been a bit further up Hwy 8.

yes, but not much further and it is on that same side of the road.
You cant miss it, it looks like an outdoor version of Dirks' basement!

Jp, your bringing back memories talking about the south......... I lived in a little town in Alabama for about 10months in the early 90s ( which as 10months too long ). Flea Market held every month had the whole town square blocked off. It was held every first monday of the month so they had a fancy name for it "First Monday". Town was Scottsboro claim to fame was the little town over was the home of the Country group Alabama. After leaving Alabama, my next stop was a small town in Virginia called Staunton and it's claim to fame was the home of the Statler brothers.......So now I'm in Mnpls home of some character formally known as Prince but at least not a backwards town ( although some may think so ) as my previous stays............

I'd prefer the Replacements or Husker Du or Soul Asylum or Gear Daddies. I know you're kidding of course, just got me thinking of better days in the music scene.
