Photo Software

I know that htis has been discussed before, but figure that I would ask again. What is the best photo editing software out there? I would prefer a shareware to photoshop since I don't need pro results right now. I just want to be able to resize some pics so I can post them here.

Thanks,
Chad

IRfanview and google's picassa

Do a google search for either. They are both free and great. I love Picassa.

I'll have to check out picassa. Paint shop pro is a pretty decent program, and it's around $100. I have photoshop (got it with my camera), but it was a "light" version, so they didn't include a nice cropping feature in the software. Really dumb, considering the photo program included with XP has it...
