OT: wrought iron fencing

Looking for any input on wrought iron or steel fencing. We've got a new puppy coming, a Kuvasz, in a couple months and we want to fence in a small part of the back yard, maybe 100 feet of fence. We'd like it to be a nice area for our young daughters, 2 and 3, to also play in and not worry about some freak snatching them or them climbing over and wandering into the wetland, that rules out chain link, which we don't like the look of anyway. I'm really getting put off by aluminum and even some of these steel wrought iron look alikes that aren't welded but instead bolt or slide together. Any ideas on a good source for wrought iron or steel fences that doesn't bust the bank etc? Maybe a do it yourself project with the right stock and welding? Think old style cemetary 6' with big spikes on the top.

I made a railling for a staircase, if you have previous welding experience you should be able to DIY.
