New Acropora from NorthStarCorals
Was at Bill's Monday night and got some nice new acro's. This one has spectacular colors under full lighting. Growth rings are pink out of water and baby blue under lighting. The polyps are already extended fully.

Next one. Not real sure on the ID of this one. The polyps are a yellow color and the body is a green/tan. Me and David Grigor split this piece. It was rather large to start with. The acro is almost like an encrusting montipora but it does shoot stalks off.

Another one. This one has great potential for awesome colors also. Blue and purple are the main colors.
Now if I can just work on my Photoshop skills to get the colors to match what I see with my eye.

Bill is starting to import acro's directly from Bali. If this first shipment is an indication of what is to come...the whole club will be 100% SPS soon. He had some gorgeous Bali deepwater acro's that he wouldn't let me or David touch. He claims he needs more acros for his tank..hehe He has some of the more exotic ones also. A. Carolinea, A. Jacquelinea, A Surhanasoi. Hopefully spelled those correctly.

MONEY! (and for you old timers-TEX-that means cool, not just currency)
Try as you may Tex-but a camera is never gonna do these critters justice! Nice choices BTW!

Greg - refresh my memory although we just talked about this. You have 2x400wt. What are the k's of each bulb? Are you running any VHO in addition to your MH?
Beautiful pieces BTW!

Yes, I have 2 400 watter's (1 XM 20K and 1 Ushio 10K) over my 58G with 2 95W Vho's. The pics above were taken with only the XM and the VHO's on. I want to very slowly acclimate the corals to the new light.

Bill....when you get the new stuff in (or even the existing) pick out several pieces of your own choice for my tank and I will make the trip up and buy. These will be the first SPS going back in the 90g. Looking forward to getting some pieces started again. Tank is awfully naked at the moment.

Hi JJ when can you make it up? I'll set aside a few for you, how many do you want?
