Need some Opinions - 45 gallon cube flow choices

Hey guys,
Seems like I do a lot of answering of questions but get little advice from others on MR so thought I would check in with the experts. Here's the situation:

Tank is a 45 gallon cube 24x24x18, it is drilled with overflow. 2x 1" drains and 2 x 3/4" return all out the back.

I'm considering using a OM Squirt and adding some plumbing over the top to put some revolutions in the front corners. Pump would be Mak 4, Mag 9.5, or a Little Giant ~1200 gph (loud old pump). I have all those pumps laying around What do you guys think?

I also have a SQWD and could just set that up on the returns with the Mag 9.5 and then add some Power heads. Maybe some MJ 900's or Tunze Nano streams or even some of those purty MJ MOds.

I plan on keeping a mixed tank, with some sps (milles, monti's, etc), and lots of misc zoas and misc LPS. I would like a good amount of random flow but not a Hurricane Redwinger

I also have 2- Tunze 6000 w/ a multicontroller but I think that would be overkill. I considered selling one and adding a stream rock to blend it in.

I guess I have a lot of options and not really a $$ issue

Thanks as always guys!

I would just do the maxi's. That way if you decide they are not enough, you can do the mods, and you can get it all for the money you sell one of the tunze's for. P.S. How much you want for a Tunze?...lol.

Im sure you have an idea what they cost ; ) I'm actually considering keeping them and just runnning them at 50-75% like I am now on my 53 gallon frag tank. I ran across someone who had 2 in a 24x24x24 cube who said it wasnt to much flow.
