Need advice on a 23 gallon Mantis only tank

I gonna set up a 23 gallon acrylic tank I'm getting from Grigor. How should I set it up for a full grown peacock mantis???

I like to put in a couple larger pieces of rock and then scatter some pieces of rubble so the mantis can rearrange how he likes it.

Id try some short pieces of PVC pipe

cut a 3" PVC in half and glue some rocks on top so it looks natural.
