30 gal refugium
allglass model 4 sump
Euro-Reef RS250 skimmer
coralife 150 HQI DE 20k
4-110 watt VHO bulbs

aqua-clear 70 to run carbon

80 lbs live sand in display, 20 lbs live sand in fuge
30 lbs rubble rock in fuge
100+ lbs marshal and fiji rock in display
4 diffrent types of macroalge in the fuge (i forgot what two i got from capman and two i got from christianjones)

i run the MH for 8 hours and the VHOs 10
(just added the VHOs latly)

for additives i use
(all kent)
DkH superbuffer
Osmoprep-reclaim
molybdnium and strontium
Tech-M
Liquid reactor
Tech -CB two part
Corale-vite
for food i add "Reef-Roids: and "phyto-feast live" i feed about 3 times aweek

for fish i have true perks and a mandarin gobie

here are the tests

DkH-10
NH4 <0.25ppm
NO2-0ppm
NO3-0ppm
PH-8.2 (i did nothing to raise it it was at like 7.4 the other day)!!!
PO4 <0.1ppm
MG 1110ppm
Calc 380ppm

S.G. 1.027

i don't have a bad trac record for killing SPS i think the recent temp and PH swings did it

If you're having a temp problem, why not cut down on the halides to 4 hours and supplement for 12? How about more flow to the sump and unpluging those heaters?
