SUPERMAN is Moving to Kansas City Kansas.
We will be sad to see you go Paul but there is no one more deserving of such a great opportunity. You will have to make sure to schedule some return visits around meetings!
Congratulations

Moving to Kansas City Kansas.
So it is official, Cassie and I are moving to Kansas City Kansas by the end of May. With the help of Jeff (jeffie on the forum) I have gained enough knowledge (barely ) to snag a curator position at a new restaurant that Landry's (corporation that owns Rainforest Cafe, Joe's crab shack, and various other restaurants and public aquariums around the country) is building in Kansas City Kansas (near the raceway) I am very nervous but equally as excited about moving down there (the housing market is awesome down there!) So I am tearing down the 220 gallon on Tuedsay, it has been very neglected the last month or so that this whole job prospect has been going on. Irenicus will be holding a lot of the corals and some of the fish. I may be getting rid of some of the fish but will have to talk things out with Irenicus before I post any available to the club since I gave him first dibs. I still need to get rid of a lot of tanks that I posted on another thread, so if you're in the need for a tank look there first. mfatwork is buying the 220 gallon tank from me, but I am keeping the nice stand and canopy for a 180-250 gallon tank that I will be buying, drilling and setting up in the new residence in KC. We are going to be closing on a house in Olathe on June 1st, and we are VERY excited about it, the dream house! I will still be around on this forum, I will only be 7 hours away. Thanks guys, I will miss the gatherings and friends that I have gained through this forum here in the Twin Cities.
I don't know if you guys remember, but the reason I got the job at the Rainforest Cafe was because Jeff came on to the forum and asked if anyone was interested. So without this club/forum who knows what I would be doing right now. Jeff has been incredible and is a huge asset to this club. He has been an inspiring curator to work for and a great friend that doesn't hesitate to offer help. The conversations we have had at work have always been very intriguing and have helped me open my eyes to the many possibilities in regards to life support systems and the general keeping of marine life. A HUGE reason why I got this job at all is because of the standards he has set at the Rainforest Cafe in the MOA. He brought that system from average to awesome, and I really can't take credit for it. I will constantly be striving to become the highly respected curator that he is. So a big thanks to Jeff from me and my wife. Thanks to everyone that has been so gracious and helpful!

Sad to see you leave, but sounds like it is the right move. You'll have to lurk around here and keep us posted on how the new job treats you.
Best of luck to the both of you.

Note to self...don't use the "merge" button again.
Paul, looks like you're going to have a good group of people to hook up with down in KC.

No, I screwed it up trying to make it "better."
And I'm trying to fix it...so give me a little time.
