Moonlight brightness

I just got a new light fixture and it has 8 moonlight on it. I am not sure if they are 1 watt or 3/4 watt. It has a dimmer switch on it and if I turn them all the way up they are pretty bright. Just if they can be too bright or if it doesn't matter. Thanx

I have my lights set to a point that if the TV in the room is on or any other light source is presant you cant see them, but if all the ambient light is gone, you can see the light. That is how mine are, I dont know if that is the best or not, but I like it this way.

Mine are not that bright just enough to light up the tank with all the lights out,like the sea.
