You can stop by my place and pick up some sand if you want. I've had a tank running for a couple months now with no predators that is just crawling with life. Lots of worms, pods, and some flatworms that have been identified as harmless. I'll drop a chunk of food in and the thing just boils. Grab as much as you want. I could give you a really tiny piece of chaeto, but my batch hasn't grown enough for my own sump yet. Maybe someone else has some more substantial clippings.

I'll be setting up my Aquafuge soon too, hopefully by the next meeting. I need some Chaeto too!! Not sure what else to put in there, maybe some sand and rubble live rock?
