looking for LFS stores in the cities
Hey guys, I am in the cities tonight and nothing to do tomorrow until the meeting. So...... What are your local LFS in the area? Name and city would be great so I can look up the address.

Personally my favorite so far is: Wet World in Eagan...
Premier Pets in Ramsey (not that great)
Fish & Friends in Champlin (dont go there)

Wet World is awsome, but their prices are a little high. It's still a great place to go even if you're window shopping.

Maybe we should make a sticky thread with all the LFS's in the cities? Not that we should use this thread, just maybe a list built by the mods of all local stores.
Seems like this is a common (and perfectly valid) question by new folks that seems to recycle quite often.
I'll add a couple to the list:
Forest Lake Pets (Forest Lake, MN)
World of Fish (Richfield - about 3 blocks West of Something Fishy)

Nope, a couple of blocks pass the Burnsville Mall on county Rd. 42. It's on your right hand side going west on county rd. 42.
Very clean and nice setup. Worth the trip just to check it out.

Are you looking for anything in particular, I was just there Sunday.
They do have more corals then I've seen in the other stores in Richfield but the price is still
way higher then local members.

I am looking for a LFS that may have a pistol shrimp who has already attatched with any kind of Goby my nearest LFS (Wet World) had this combo and when i went in to purchase it today they sold it out from underneath my nose lol... Also a mated pair of small clownfish... |
