Live Rock ?????
I am in the process of redoing my tank completly and was wondering if anyone ever tried this stuff..... Right now theres a company on "The Worlds Largest Bidding" place, out of California, selling live rock for $1.99 pound. I have checked his feedback and all looks good, just wondering if any of you have ever tried this place out.
The shipping looks alright too, meaning I don't really think he makin anything off the shipping.
I would post the link directly on here, but don't know what the forum rules are over here, since I am still new here. I don't want it to get deleated right away so I will let you go see it for yourselves.

What's the link? You can post it here without problems unless it's your auction, they might not allow that I'm not sure...

I don't know anything about the seller, but I am a big fan of Walt Smith - both the company and their product (very high wuality live rock). Ditto on the letting us know how it goes if you decide to buy.

This stuff looks pretty nice. Just over $5 a pound seems reasonable for what you're getting.

Actually this is where redwinnger and I have been buying rock from. I bought 50lbs about 8 months ago which is really nice, one really great piece that I really love. Lots of Purple, pink and white corraline. I have been very happy, after six months the tank is really doing well with some pinneaple sponges, mini brittle stars, and a few feather dusters here and there. Here is a pic of my tank at maybe 4-5 months with the walt smith. The best part about it is the short cycle time and not much need to scrub it.
