I got the ballasts local from Frank (Tank-You Aquatics), I can get you a recipt, but the Warranty comes from Ice Cap. I know he buys all his ballasts from Customaquatics.com The ballast is new and in the box (see photo). As far as price....if you can do better then go for it. I think MD has them for $115 and if your order is over $175 they do free shipping.
