If Chris' (the owner) buddy shows up for Poker night (wednesday) I will ask him, I guess he is a good friend of chris.

In my opinion a change in ownership might be a good thing. I've done alot of shopping at both of the locations and it seems as if things have been sliding in the wrong direction over the last few months. I'd love to see them get turned around again.

Well their fish department needs serious help. They keep importing all these exotic creatures, many of them will not survive long in captivity. ie those really cool purple and yellow nudis.

Yeah, last time I was up there I crossed it off my list.
It was a pretty sad sight...

I talked to Chris' buddy last night and he says he hasn't heard anything and he thinks chris would have said something too him. Still doesn't mean it is false.

well if this is Chris's buddy that he had to let go I would understand why he does not know. I will call Chris and find out from him.

I think the sale price would be shockingly low for two stores if it included inventory. I would tend to think if that were the sale price, you would also be assuming a BOAT load of debt. The only thing that makes sense is; that is the amount he wants to walk away with. You would also be assuming two leases, not "owned" space, along with a monthly payment for "mall fees" (garbage, maintenance etc.).
