The other day I watched one of my cleaner shrimp catch a asian beastle from the top of the water, pull it down to the bottom, rip it apart and eat it. I felt like MR. Burns. "Excellent!!"

Hmm, don't we support importing foreign species everytime we buy a fish or coral?
I know where your coming from about importing things to take care of one of our pests.....

Funny thing, I was going to post something last night, but forgot, I pulled about 20 from my sump, real PITA. I may try to feed one to the shrimp and see if they like it or not.

My striped sleeper goby used to eat them like candy. It was the only time he ever went to the top of the tank. I traded him to kjdout, wonder if he's still eating them.

there is plenty of sprays that you can spray out sideof your house to keep the bugs out of your house

Interesting (as is the sleeper goby eating them as well) that the shrimp (and fish) ate the beetle(s) and lived. Ladybird beetles are supposedly pretty toxic.
