KOI Rescue!

Hey does anyone here have a large koi pond? I have a friend that has I believe has 3 LARGE koi the they need to find a new home for. I have been told one alone is about 14" long. And is desperatly looking for someone to take them ASAP. The building that they are living in is going to be demolished.

Through me a note I can hook you up Maybe you could do me a trade for of some kind sometime or not. My main concern some one should have these cool fish.

Due to my quarantine policy I cannot bring in any outside fish, I only import koi from Japan. Sorry I couldn't help but there are to many viruses and deseases these days.

You could post this on the Minnesota Water Garden Society forum though. http://mwgs.org/WGForum/index.php

All i know at the moment is they need to find a home for sure. I have been told by a friend that they are Koi but she knows nothing about fish. I did get an email from the woman who has them and she said they have about 4 people total willing to take them. I told her I will find homes for the rest it might be more like 3 to 10 fish total (guessing).
Lorilie said she would like the as well so I was thinking of splitting them between you two. If that is ok with you david. I'll let you two figure out what fish goes where with her.

Sound fair with you two?

i dont think i would like to hold more than 15 fish total in my 300 (water quality)
i have a pond filter, but i am still feeding as the water is not cold yet.

I just talked to a friend who has a large pond with a few koi in it now. He would be happy to give them a good home if any are in need. He has plenty of room, so fish size or quantity shouldn't be an issue.
