Know of any LFS that carry Formalin?

I bought a maroon clown 7 days ago and yesterday it was showing signs of Brooklynella. It has white milky slimes along it's back/spine. Did a 15 minute fresh water dip and all the white slime was gone so I put fish back in Quaratine tank.

This morning, the white slimes are back. There are small patches of white slime here and there on his back.

I need to do a Formalin dip but have no idea if any of the LFS carry any.
Anyone know of a LFS that carry Formalin.
