July Meeting

The last couple of months there has been some confusion on how to join etc. Please go to www.tcmas.org and view the how to join section.

From now on the general info will be placed as a sticky note in this forum. In addition to the website to ensure accuracy.


The July TCMAS meeting will be:


Saturday July 16th @ 4pm.
Located in Roseville, MN



If you are not a member and plan to attend, please email tcmas_coordinator@yahoo.com to get the more detailed directions. Please do not wait until the day of to send email requesting the directions. Email is usually only checked once a day and may not get responded to in time.

If you are a TCMAS active member you should have received an email. If you have been to a meeting in the last 12 months and did not get an email, contact tcmas_coordinator@yahoo.com to confirm we have the correct email and are still considered an active member.

I've been wanting to join, but the 16th is the only weekend day in July that I CAN'T go... do I have to wait till next month to join?

Yes, you need to join at a meeting by filling out the form. There really isn't anything special about joining vs. just participating on the boards here. Except you get on that mailing list and you can get into the "members only" sub section of the TCMAS area on TRT. There really isn't much for posts in there, all the action is in the puplic forum. So it's not a big deal if you need to wait to join.

how do you get to this sub-section? I am starting to feel like the village idiot!

If you have access, when you are in the TCMAS forum. You will see the sub-form at the top. If you are fairly recent member this may not have been done yet as it does require the Reef Tank administrator to add. We cannot do this ourselves. If you for sure have been to a meeting signed the roster, then send an email to tcmas_coordinator as a reminder to get you access.
