At most meetings poeple plan to meet up with specific other members for trades and sales and such. Perhaps since the time window for this meeting is so large people could list when they plan on comming- just a rough estimate. Like Early or late, or noon-ish or something. Just so people aren't there longer than they want to be.
It is a pain in the arse when you are ready to go and you still have to wait for someone.
Just a thought.

good idea. Usualy the weekday meetings are start around 7pm to give everyone time to get to the place and for the host to get ready for the meeting after work. Weekends are a bit different. I initialy was going to go to another "thing" saturday night. That's why I figured 10-4 is a good time for the interested people to make it. Giving it a 6 hour span makes it also easier to handle the masses as it gives the people more flexibilty. If you do meet with specific people for trades etc. you might want to coordinate it with them ahead of time. I don't think there is a need ( although it would be a nice reference for others) to have everyone list their time of arrival.
For me: come as you are, come when you feel like it I'm here all day
