Ideas for a small tank?
Tank is 24"x24"x12" Acrylic tank with an 18" overflow.
1-250w IC MH Ballast & 1-ReefOptix3+ Pendent.
Just looking for some ideas as to setting this tank up.
Do you know of anything that would work in suck a tank (12" tall)?

thanx |

That sounds like a idea. Jimmy Hammer fist's is ready to take on all new challengers. He is 1 and 0 with one the win coming by way of Kill.

I have the same dimensions as my current tank setup... I'm going to use it as a lps tank later on, but it's currently a mini reef. Set it low so you can look down on it, it makes the viewing that much cooler.
Warning on the 250w, I run a 150w DE over mine right now and I just want to warn you that since the tank is so shallow, mount the halide up a ways at first. Otherwise you are going to bleach some things (I know this from experience...). I didn't think it would be a problem since I ran more light on the previous tank, but it happened.
