ID Help... Nudibranch?

I've noticed this guy cruising around on my rock for the last several months. I've never really been able to get a decent shot of it till last night. It seems to be nocturnal, as I've only seen it "hiding" when lights are on under rocks.

Is it a nudibranch? I assume that it came in on my Florida Gulf rock (although that is kind of weird since it was shipped over 24 hours outside of water). What might it eat?

Polskp, I have one exactly like that, except mine is totally black. I don't know where mine came from either. It is nocturnal too. Does not appear to do any damage. My rock came from....hmmm, can't remember in the South Pacific. I kinda like your yellow one. My black one looks like a phantom or something.

I vote limpet. I have some black mantle limpets (black with white stripe). I have also heard them referred to as elephant snails.

Fahz - I think you meant "chiton".

I removed my black mantle limpets. I would personally remove any un-identified nudis, because some can be devastating to certain corals.

Black Mantle Limpets are algae grazers. I've had over 100 in my tank, spawning, and never had any trouble with them. That was in a mixed a tank of softies, LPS, and SPS.
