I love my new wrasse!

I got a new fish today one that I have coveted for a long time and thanks my hubby(valentines day) I have my new Lineatus Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus lineatus). I will warn you now the pics are so so my halides were off but I am so excited when I fed the tank he ate right away and was not scared of me woohoo! Seamonkey he likes the little cubes of food you made and ate almost as soon as I put food in the tank.

i have one of these too . its my favorite fish by far . considering what people spend on corals i think these fish are not really all that expensive .when people come over its always the first thing they ask about.

know where he bought him from ?

glad he liked the food : )

Thanks everyone he scared the crap out of me this morning doing from what I have gathered is normal for wrasses. He was lying on his side half on a rock with his head laying in the sand I panic get closer andf he looks at me then swims away and later moves to the back and lays down on the bottom in another weird position agh! I call Tracy all panicky and he looks and looks then says no he looks ok. Then the bugger swims around again only to be chased by my now demoted favorite fish the red sea sailfin. My sailfin has become a little s^&% and is going to be moved to the big tank to swim with the other tangs. Maybe he can try to pick on someone his own size not my new "golden child". I hope everyone is having a good day if you can't tell I am bored silly here at work. My partner just got back from being out sick all week but I don't think she will make it the whole day so once again bell to bell aaaggghh!
