How to get a hold of Jacob @ Razor Corals?

I was wondering if somebody could PM me with a phone number or address to Razor Corals as I am supposed to meet him today but lost his address and cant seem to get a hold of him. I have tried email and PM's here but to no avail.

I know the street and what his house looks like that I could probably describe to you however I do not the exact address.
