How I almost killed Dr. Ron (accidentally)

Several years ago Dwayne set up a visit for Ron Shimek to come and give a talk on reefkeeping. Pretty much like the Borneman thing coming up.....Bill arranged the auditorium at Augsburg and so on. Anyways we (as club members) took turns driving Ron around and it was my job to drive him back to his hotel one night after cruising the cities looking at peoples tanks. On the way we were talking a mile a minute and having a wonderful time, then I went to switch lanes on a four lane road at about 45mph. I didnt see the other guy and almost had a heart attack...I dont know what was more frightening....the catastrophic accident that might have occured or the way Ron hollered LOOK OUT!!!!!!!! At any rate i swerved and avoided the other car. But for the remaining commute the conversation was pretty lite. As a matter of fact when I dropped him off he sprinted for the motel door and i havent spoken to him since......Ron if you read this I am sorry!

You What

That is just what I needed to read......need to re-evaluate your rates. Here I thought you were disussing how wonderful and successful tanks with 8" deep sand beds are with 85 degree water. The same thing would usually happen, CRASH!!!!!!!!!
