good diet program

I am started to diet so I'm talking my wife into a reward structure based on buying frags dependent on the weight I loose. This should provide a little motivation
I just got back into the reef and I'm looking for some decent priced frags. Unfortunatly I was out of town when the last meeting was happening. I have quite a few LPS's but I am looking for mainly sps but possibly some types of nice softies. I have a 120gal with 3 175 metal halide and 2 120 pc lights 225lb live rock some within a few inches of the surface so hopefully I can fit most things on that. If anyone is needing to do some pruning let me know.

If you just got back into reefing, before trading or getting acros from people or places. Be sure your totally up to speed on the red bug treatments and particularly acro eating flatworm treatments. IMO: No matter where you get the corals from you need to quarantine and treat for these pests before introducing into show tank. So if you don't have a good quarantine system with lighitng sufficient enough to keep alive for a few weeks. Best to find a 175W MH setup to closely match your showtank.......

That's cool!

So as you lose weight, you get frags as a reward?

And if you gain it back again, you give up those frags to me, right?

I gotta case of Ho-Ho's......

Don't knock it until you try it. This has been the best way I have found to gain the wifes support to spend money on the tank. And, I guess, the whole health thing

Congrats! It sounds like you found an awsome source for inspiration, and if you do well, you will have a full tank as well
