Glad to be in one Piece.
So, I go down to Ocean Devotion to measure some stuff. I am on my home on 35E just south of 77. Laying on the hwy is a huge playset. It fell off some idiot's trailer. I pretty much stopped to avoid it and BAM, POW, CRASH. Rear ended from behind. Totaled Venture Van. Wouldn't you know the thing was to be paid of in Aug.
Thankfully, I am OK and no one was with me. However, my new little Solar Wrasse, that I just bought didn't fare so well.
Didn't want to post for simpathy. But, as I sit here with ice on both my legs, I thought I'd post this to get it of my chest a bit.
Cause I'm pissed.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes  I am glad that you didn't get seriously hurt, but sad that your wrasse didn't make it. I hope the injuries you did get heal quickly and your able to get a new vehicle quickly to get your life back to normal sooner than later.

ya and i bet the idiot that lost the play set didnt even know he lost it until he got home.
that sucks bob. hope everything works out ok for ya. at least you made it out of it with out a trip to the hospital.

Sorry to hear about that!You should go get your back exray to play it safe!I didn't and years later I had an Exray taken and they showed me what the accident did.I have lower back pain from it,but didn't show up for a long time.

I've had a few close calls myself lately. The driving around the cities has gotten noticeably scarier in the last few years. I had a dude rear end my daughter and me at 65 mph earlier this fall. I saw him coming up behind me on 694 and he didn't even try to slow down. Just kept going until he tapped right up on my bumper - at 65! If I would have been alone, I would have followed that POS...
