FOR SALE-chiller, seawirl, aquacontroller

AquaMedic Titan 250 Chiller (1/6 hp)..............................$350
http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merch...ode=AM-Chiller

i bought this last summer from a RC member and have yet to even hook it up. it was used briefly on his system but he determined it wouldn't keep up with needs when he upgraded. if you look at the above website it will tell you that this chiller is rated to 250g. the previous owner suggested somewhere in the ballpark of 100-125g was more realistic-but really it depends on pumps, lighting, ambient temps, air conditioning?, and how much you expect it to pull down. these are rock solid units with a built in temp controller. with the impending move i'm looking to lighten my load which means taking a significant loss on this puppy...

1/2" Seaswirl.......................................... .....................$75

i've used this on my 40ish gallon system for almost a year now. its in excellent working order-and i just cleaned it up all purty...looks like new. it was modified by the factory to have a slightly shortened arc 70 degrees vs 90-so that it wouldn't blast right into my overflow box. has 1/2" FPT input fitting-and 1/2" mpt x hose barb adaptor included-so you can run 1/2" flex vinyl straight from your return pump. the seals in the 1/2" model are rated to 550gph i believe-beyond that and you risk damaging the unit.

Aquacontroller 1.5............................................... .......$250
http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merch...y_Code=Neptune

the aquacontroller 1.5 does nearly everything the AC2 does-main difference is that it can only control like 16 modules vs 20 modules (for reference on my pimped out, every gadget imaginable system i used like 6 modules). this unit is backlit, and includes temp, ph and orp probes. the ph and orp probes probably need recalibration if not replacement in the case of the orp probe. temp probe is good for ever. this pup has the serial port so it can be hooked up to a computer equipped with aquanotes-if you desire. has 9-volt battery backup which stores programs in event of power outage. this will include the X-10 interface module and 3 std appliance modules (each up to 10A load). i also have some modified lamp modules that handle up to 5A each with a silent solid state relay. these could and have (briefly) been used as wavemaker modules (std appliance modules click on and off audibly and can't handle frequent cycles like the solid state modified timers). these modified timers can be included for a lil extra cash if they interest you.
used again about a year-in excellent condition!
new AC2 with same options is >$450

i can probably even deliver thursday or friday if you want

thanks for looking-and let me know if you have any questions!
