Fishing of the tank variety

Hello all,

I have a barred sleeper goby that simply must go. Not only is he undermining everything, he brings each mouthful of Southdown up high in the tank to blow it out, leaving us with a constantly milky appearance. All the leathers are so annoyed they don't even want to open anymore. All the rock is blown off daily by me, just to be coated with sand again.

The bottle trick isn't working (inverted top of juice bottle cut off and placed back in the bottle, baited with shrimp). He's very smart and I can't get a net anywhere near him. Short of tearing the tank apart, how do I catch this terror?

We will be gone this weekend, but weekend after we may just have to tear the tank apart if all else fails.

Sue

I feel that any fish that is actively eating from you, can be trapped by you. a trap door type trap might work. the last time I used mine, I just left it in the tank for over a month, and put feed into it every day. after a long enough time, the fish thought it was a feeder.
