Feeding Regiment

What successful feeding regiments have people used for both corals (particularily softies and LPS) and livestock? I'm looking to improve the quality of both. Product names and frequency of use would be helpful.

i use a mixture of mysis shrimp for the fish and cyclopeeze for the corals.these 2 are soaked in selcon and dosed with garlic. then i use a pinch of reef chili to top it off. this is mixed up and stored in the fridge until needed. i don't make much because i don't want it to go bad. weeks worth at the most. feed every 2-3 days 10-15 cc with a feeding syringe with a long tube on it. that way i can target feed corals if needed. its really up to you what you feed your corals. alot of people don't recommend using flake food because of the high phosphates they have in that food and low nutritional value.

if fed-x and ups had a class action lawsuit brought against them for freight damages this hobby would be alot cheaper!

for my lps and fish I feed mysis, brine, cyclopeeze, reefchilli, phyto, and depending on the size of the coral, sometimes silversides. I of course dont feed all at the same time, but I do mix a few together for each feeding, and I too use selcon (or zoecon when I am out of selcon) and kent garlic extreme. I also feed my tangs and rabbitfish 1 full peice of fresh Kale a day.

Just what falling food they get from feeding the fish ( mysis and brine shrimp soaked in selco along with various green/brown/red/purple seaweed for the rabbitfish, tangs, angels ). Rarely will I ever target feed anything. Lately been throwing the left over live artenimi from the baby bangaiis instead of just tossing it out at the end of the day. I haven't seen anything that suggests this it does much and wouldn't go to the trouble to hatch to only feed the tank. Also use a turkey baster a couple times a week to stir up the detritus on the bare bottom. I'm sure corals benefit some from the bacteria present on the detritus. The heavy concentration os sponges on underside of rocks are evidence that at least something benefits from it..... But in a nut shell I don't go out of my way to feed corals.

Man, I can barely cook for myself, now it sounds like I have to learn to prepare food for my aquarium.
