DE in a luminarc?

Does anyone know if the luminarcs work wth a DE bulb?

To the best of my knowledge they don't have a DE designed reflector. I think I heard something in the sponsor forum on Reefcentral about potentially designing one but I don't know that status.

i read a thread where they said the only advantage to DE's were in a small reflector and that a DE in a luminarc was no advantage over a SE. however they were talking about making one anyways to appease the DE lovers. not sure if they ever did.
