Couple shots

He came....He saw...

He Left

This guy was peeking out of his cave today.....usually he is out swimming, but I think he knows the JDME is coming. Think I dare try to put em together? Could be a spendy loss

i cant see the one eel eating the other unless you never feed him. but on the other hand you might want to seprate them. did you talk ot the guy about getting a second jdme? if so could you ask him how often he gets them in? i think my 120 will need one next summer. by then it should be all ready for a nice eel that size. along with a dwarf lion and small trigger.

the pic of the peacock in flight is awesome! i love motion shots like that. there super tough to get. excelent work there getting the jdme. cant wait to see pics of him/her. you will have to post huge pics of the eel's head wiht fangs showing. thats a awesome pic to see.

Yeah....I want to mix the eels, but probably not in the 65. I may just throw the yellow eel in my reef and kiss the 2 harliquins goodbye. When I get a 125 though they will go together. The JDME will be here Fri. Pics soon to follow.

Hmm. I wonder if they will do alright together in the 125. I would hate for an incident to happen with those Eels. What's the JDME's temperament like?

The loser in Chicago that was supposed to be my hero has a dme and a whitemouth together. The teeth are just for show. I believe will a very well behaved temperment. With my luck I will get the one ahole in the ocean. In the event of a 400 dollar eel -vs- the 1300 dollar eel I would have spendy tickets to view that. I think in a 125 or maybe a 180 that they will do fine. Both will only reach 2 feet-3 feet so I guess we will see. To add to the mix I want to put a white spot bamboo shark in there too so maybe I should make an 8-10 foot tank.
