Well after the previous thread on coralsandbar, I decided to try an individual order to see what kind of service is possible with a smaller order. I contacted Rob in March with a wish list and anxiously waited for a reply.
It took couple days, but he said that he would be able to get everything that I ordered and that a tentative ship date would be 2 April. Well 2 April came and I hadn't heard anything for a while , so I began to get nervous thinking back to the previous thread on this board. Rob did contact me later on the 3rd and explained that the date needed to be pushed back due to supply issues and that the blue bottle brush that I ordered was getting harder to get, so I may have to replace it or if I wanted I could scrub the order all together. I told him that I would wait it out. He stated that the new earliest ship date would probably be in the first part of May. More waiting, oh well, life happens.
Wednesday, I opened my email to find a new message from Rob. I initially thought it would bring more bad news, so with hesitation I opened the message. Was I ever wrong. Rob could ship my entire order if I could accept a Friday delivery. It took some string pulling at work, but I managed.
I came home from Fed Ex this morning and opened my package to find not 3, but 4 frags all well packaged and in plenty of water. After acclimation I got the new additions in my tank and so far all looks good. Here's what I got ,all ORA.

Only my personal experience, but I'd say that from my initial impression and the overall level of service I would recommend smaller orders with Rob. I will have no reservations with ordering from him in the future.
I will try to track down a descent camera this weekend to get a couple pics.
