Closed loop pump question

What is a pump works good for a closed loop with a SCWD? I have a 20g H tank and want to get rid of my power head, and put in a closed loop. I have the SCWD and plumbing, just need the pump. I have a MAG 3 for my sump return, so I have roughly 10x turnover w/o the closed loop or powerhead.
Thanks in advance!

maybe another mag 3 or a mag 5 would work good for that. it all depends on your system and what kind of turn overr your looking for. is this an sps tank? or softie tank?

It will be mixed. I have mostly softies right now, but I do have a couple LPS and SPS. I want to get the c.l. up and running before I add any more SPS. I thought I heard somewhere that a MAGs are really good for running out of the water. If I did a mag I was thinking a 7 cause of the pressure loss from the scwd, do you think a 7 would be too powerful even with a scwd? Thanks!

if you use a 7 then i would add in a valve so you can turn it down if needed. thats alot of flow for a 20g tank.
