best way to clean out an old tank

What's the best way to clean out an old tank? I need to get my new stand setup and I was planning on putting all of the water in a spare 55 for the move. But what is the best way to clean out the old tank, soap, vinegar? Or just rinse it out with water and wipe it down?

JnS micro nut Join Date: Jul 2003 Location: TWIN CITIES Posts: 4,853	ever use any copper based medications in the tank? bleach and water will clean the tank up nice. just make sure you rinse it real good.
