Best food for my Queen angel

I see they like sponge in the diet.
I have been feeding Ocean Nutrition Formula Two Med. pellets.
also some of the frozen mysis shrimp from Dirk (flat pack).
and Emerald Entree.
Is this mix of food OK?
Do you know of any food with sponge?
Is it the flesh of the sponge or the things trapped in the sponge that they are getting the nutrition from?

That mix of foods is good. I'd feed a queen- angel formula, formula 1 and 2 frozen, PE mysis, shrimp, nori, spurulina flakes, etc. A mixed diet is best. Queens are generall pretty hardy.

Do they still sell Angel Formula? That's what I fed my Emperor Angel. I know that contained sponge.

I suggest rotating that in with it's diet then.
