back after a while
Well I said I would be back sometime, and here I am. Going to be starting small this time around. I've got one of jerry's 40g tanks thats going up and just getting parts to get the system back up and online. What I have so far is
40g breeder
20g long
AC 500
2 crappy skimmers
2x 36" NO ballast
Stand and hood need to be built, then I need to get my overflows and return put in, and pumps.
This time around I'm gonna try to make my own liverock, and only use a few chunks of real live rock to seed the fake stuff. I'm going to be checking the forums and reading up as much as I can to get info on making some, but if anyone has a tried and true way of making it, let me know what you did.
The system isn't going to be on NO power for long, will be using MH but most likely just one bulb.
Just thought I would start up a forum to let everyone know you got another one back on the team after a long break. Good to be back! Will take pictures along the way for your help.
