you are much better off with the skimmer you curently have. the aqua c is a good skimmer but its cost alot more to run it than the reef maina you have. plus i think the reef mania will skim more out of your tank that the aqua c will. whats with the testing?? are you that bored out there in the middle of no where??? lol

LOL spazz yeah i'm sure the one i have will kick the crap out of the AquaC....you pretty much nailed it....not bored but wanted to test this thing for a long time. just to let people know first hand what they act like. sort of a learning experiement...hence why i would like to borrow one. knowledge is power i guess

how things been going w/ you spazz? i see your cups all over RC

too busy. lol cant find the time to get my new tank finished and running. o well some day. lol

you might want to talk to vertical and derick. thay both have the aqua c 120 skimmers. vertical liked his but needed a bigger skimmer for his system. and derick cant get his to skim at all. dont know why but it wont do anything. i think the reef mania skimmer he has is making the aqua c shut down.

With my EV120 I have to really keep it clean for it to work well. As soon as any slime gets in the neck it seems to really slow down.
