Any suggestions?

I'm having problem with my VHO actinic lights. I'm running 2-110VHOs on a PFO ballest. The problem I'm having and have been from the start, is that I can only run 1 bulb at a time. It doesn't matter which one, they both work indepently but when both are turned on they trip the GFI outlet. I've tried it on the another GFI outlet (both are on seperate, desiganated 20amp circuits) and it does the same thing. Has anyone else had this problem or have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Descrive the GFCI, is this just the extension cord type or is this actually the wall GFCIs ? corded type are much more fickle. If I'm not mistaken the PFO actually uses Fulham workhorse 5 ballasts in the enclosure. This is likely a noise issue since from the ballast. May want to open it up and look at all the connections make sure the ground is not touching any of the other wires or something obvious.

The GFCI is a 20amp walled outlet on a 20amp circiut.
