Adding picture under user name

Quick question, How to I add a graphic or picture under my user name. I looking to add one that appears under my user name when I post a message or reply.

it called a Avatar. its in your user profile at the bottom

You are also able to change your title to whatever you want, so instead of being junion member you can bereef crazy or anything, wihtin reason
