Acclimation to VHOs

I have never ran actincs on my 75 before so do I need to acclimate the tank to 220w of URI Super Actinc considering I am allready running 800w of 20k??

I would probably start them out at 4hrs a day and then work your way up from there. It shouldn't be that big of a problem.

I don't think any acclimation is neccesary with the addition of flourescent actinics. I have those same bulbs, they look good. But they don't make much of an impression next to 400w 20k.
You use XM 20k right?
