wiring WH7 ballast and T5

long shot here, I'm not sure if anyone else is using T5s....

I am wiring a pair of 5 foot bulbs to a work horse 7 ballast. THey worked, but one end of a coupl eof the bulbs is burnt, real dark. Somehting must be wrong.

I think I wired my bulbs wrong. Below is how I have them wired now, and they are burning.....

Any help?

yeah but there diagrams suck I think I have it figured out. I thiought I may have knew what to do, but I wanted to make sure before I spent the time to do it. We'll see what happends...
