Thanks for the links, I will check them out. I wanted to avoid shipping since it would take a lot of algae to make it worth it. Maybe somebody else wants some and we can get a together a group order.

Actually Florida aqua farms and Sachs Systems Aquaculture ( http://www.aquaculturestore.com/) are both in Florida and both have sent to me ground UPS or 2 day, just got an order about 2 weeks ago, and eerything was fine. Talk to them, they will know whether it's safe to ship ground or not due to weather. I ordered gracileria, grammaris shrimp from Florida Aqua Farms and florida shore shrimp, live raw Plankton and SW rotifer culture from Sachs Systems Aquaculture and all if it came in alive, a little cold, but alive and I lost nothing. Also Sachs Systems Aquaculture prices include shipping in the price.

Yeah, I don't want to get caulerpa because of the toxins it is supposed to release and the possibility of it going sexual.

For what its worth, the guy who owns CapBay got this stuff from Key West while diving some 6+ years ago. We talked a while about it as I had the same worries, and in the 6 years hes had it its never done anything but grow. I couldnt find any local either and this is all I could muster up so I snagged some, like 8 bucks or something.
Good Luck

Jorge,
I have a wee bit. I just upgrade a refugium since it outgrew the last one. I can get you a handful or two easy enough. However it is red gracirla and grape calurpa. My wife and I prune our refugiums on a weekly basis and have never had a problem with it going sexual. The gracierla is a fave of my tangs so when i prune it I tend to give it to them.

Jorge if your going to be at the next ARC meeting let me know, I have some green gracilaria I just got (I got more than I needed) and I might be getting some more as well as some critters in the next week to 10 days. Pm me or email me and I'll see what I can do.

Ray,
Are you coming to the meeting? If you are I would not mind getting some of your macro.
