We made it

Well, I am now in the area, and look forward to making it to a meeting soon. The kids and I are in Powder Springs, on Midway off Dallas.

Anyone know of somewhere that sells boxes of natural salt water around here?

Is it NSW or just premixed from a salt mix?

Welcome to the neighborhood. I'm really close, just a few miles from Lost Mountain/Dallas Hwy. Is your tank set up?

Us Powder Springs/NW Atlanta Suburb Reefers should arrange a tour of homes (Tanks). I will volunteer to get it started.

Welcome to Atlanta!!! I look forward to meeting you and your family at the next meeting.

I think most of us make our own seawater using sea salt mix and water from RO/DI units; if you PM me, I can tell were you can get one cheap. I'd volunteer to give you some of my water, but I'm clear across town.

We are happy to have another hobbyist join our circle, and I hope you enjoy your new home .

At Petco, they sell 5 gallon boxes of Catalina water (thats the brand). It is $9.99 for a box, but they were out when I went there and wont have any more until Wed.

Right now I am only setting up a 12 gallon nano cube. The metal halide will go into storage for now, and my corals are all LPS so they will be okay. I would have liked to give my corals some NSW during the initial setup based on all they had just gone through.
